When we checked out, I left my wallet in the safe. Due to my poor memory, I don't remember the incident at all and thought the wallet was stolen. Two or three days later, the hotel staff found our wallet and contacted us immediately, and when we returned to New York, the wallet was successfully retrieved. Everything is on point, lovely set up of the hotel and rooms, amenities are superb and the coffee and common areas are great. The staff helped us and welcomed us perfectly and our stay although it was short it was definitely worth repeating again
