The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The location is perfect and the room, while a little small is perfect to accommodate everybody. We visited the rooftop a couple of times which was really nice. They gave us a few chips to exchange for drinks and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice

We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

The Interior design, every time I check into the Evelyn I feel like I’m home! The lobby and the long velvet curtains adds a dramatic flare . The rooms have perfectly placed lighting and art deco features. I absolutely live the heated bathroom tiles especially if you’re visiting NYC during winter.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of 5 times and the hotel is extremely clean, staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The location is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as clean
