Great central location, friendly staff (including doorman!), thoughtfully and freshly renovated, very clean, complimentary food items restocked every day, amazing luxury for the price, our room had a view of the ESB!!

It truly stands out as an oasis of calm amidst the bustling energy of Midtown Manhattan. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's remarkable ability to provide a serene atmosphere without any of the usual hustle and bustle associated with such a central location. Unparalleled Service and Amenities Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The daily room cleaning was meticulous and perfect, reflecting a high standard of care. The front desk, whether in person or by phone, was incredibly efficient, even arranging deliveries directly to our room. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled cold water available upon request, and the free fruit, coffee, and water offered each morning. The presence of both a bar and a restaurant on-site further enhanced our stay. A Truly Exceptional Stay What truly sets this hotel apart is its European standard of service and cleanliness, something we've come to appreciate and expect. The impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, coupled with the reliability of all services (including transportation arrangements), made for a truly seamless experience. Everyone here genuinely seems to care, making you feel completely looked after. We had two connecting rooms, which made our stay with children incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. This hotel is, without a doubt, the best I've experienced in New York City, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly outstanding and worry-free stay.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean and lovely rooms (a little on the small side, but it is NYC!), great bar. The included walking tour with Streetwise was wonderful, highly recommend!

Location, breakfast included (was so lovely) and the rooftop terrace in busy downtown was just so special to be out there on the roof and have fresh air and nice drinks with snacks out from all the busy city life on the ground. This really made pur stay unique as you do not get many places in Manhattan to sit outside for a drink and snack as we are used to in Europe.

Very attentive staff, great value for money, very nice interior design - hidden gem in NY!
