it’s an AMAZING place !!! it was my Birthday trip they gave me complimentary vegan cake and a great bottle of champagne! totally surprised me ! also gave me their amazing robe that’s really like being wrapped in coziest blanket . This was my first time staying at a hostel, and I couldn’t have picked a better place than HI Hostel in New York City! The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and many attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of fellow travelers to meet. This is a beautiful old hotel with a lovely lobby. It has a nice gym, bar and small but comfortable room. The front desk staff and doormen were so very welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
