Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

Staff so amazing and kind. Decor a bit different and funky. View amazing! Breakfast very good. Lounge access very good value for money. Pool and spa very nice. Highly recommend. They were wonderful with the kids.

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.

A 15-minute walk from Citi Field, John Hotel is set in the Flushing Chinatown district of Queens.

Beds are wonderful. Slept like a log. Shower is huge, enough towels and toiletries for 4x ppl. Hosts are super accommodating and very helpful. TV wasn't working when we arrived and front desk helped us immediately. Ice is easy to access for our cold drinks in the evenings. Daily room service made our room very inviting each of our 6 nights we returned from exploring NYC. Breakfast options are excellent and well maintained during service. Got our days off to a refreshing start. Location is 8min walk to Main Street flushing station which has the 7 train direct to midtown. Next time we come, we're only staying at John Hotel.

Everything went well. I was afraid of a few comments on the breakfast and kindly ness, and although the breakfast is more for a oriental crowd, it had good choices for everyone. Perhaps you could add yogurt and a little more fruit. The people at the counter was very kind.
