The hospitality was amazing. They bend over backward to help no matter what it is. Being so fast at responding helps so much when plans change last minute. I messaged them last minute to get my bags in the property early and they took them to my room for us. They did some washing for me and I had a lot of clothes, they were really friendly about requests and made you feel welcome. I even had to change my stay at short notice and they were really accommodating which I know other places would not have been. The room was really comfortable and had everything you needed and more! The breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again

The Location of the Hotel is great, next to the shopping center, next to cable car station, next to many many restaurants. The breakfast is very good with a lot of different things like different bread and crossoints, fresh fruits, bacon, eggs ... The room has fancy things like the light control, the great view. It was very clean and enough space for one person to travel and stay.

Great place, cool interior design - functional and modern but yet with some really nice and surprising details. Friendly and helpful staff. We were on the 15th floor with a great view, but we never had to wait long for the elevators. Beds were really comfortable and the bathroom/shower practical and of good quality. Valet parkong is no bargain. We parked at Giants parking lot A just across the street (purchased the ticket ahead online) and used Uber to get around town. We would go back anytime.
