The hotel was a short walk from civic. Name of the street was easy to remember, and the hotel sign was very visible.
The staff was kind and respectful, I am not an early riser but the cleaning staff never bothered me, and when they try to get your attention they knock and ask first.
The room is spacious and clean, it doesn’t have carpet which I prefer. It also has a coffee maker. The Bathroom is spacious and well lit. It was well stocked shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap AND hydrating face cream dispensers! And a copious amount of towels. The room is clean and has a/c.
Great location, quick and easy walk to shopping area and if you don’t mind not rushing and walking, you can walk all the main attractions and more.

A very cool budget hotel in the very downtown. There are a lot of public transport stops nearby. Great staff, quiet and comfortable rooms. I will definitely come back here again.

The place feels like a castle, had free gated parking (at the time of my stay) and included breakfast.

It was very good must stay here it's really good the other reviews don't do it justice place was clean all the time. Area is sketchy but remember homeless people are people to. You will be fine it's not the Hilton but great value for money
