We loved pretty much everything, especially sleeping with Freddy Mercury and the location was top notch.
The beds were fabulously comfortable.
The response to my call regarding the elevator breakdown was very rapid and the CV of communication by email was excellent. These things happen so we don't blame the hotel one bit.
Unlike previous guests on the second floor, we had no noise nuisance issues from the Lobby Bar below.
