The personnel was very friendly and helped me with everything. Got ill during my stay (6 days) and they were very kind when doing the room service. Also went to a convention and the hotel was prepared to have many guests with extra trash bins.

Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wifi worked without any issues. Well located close to bars at San Jose social. Lots of food options.
