Wonderful location, sufficient continental breakfast, absolutely fantastic lady at the reception desk. Nice touches in the room like boxed water or a postcard. Very comfy bed, nice crispy linens and towels, and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, modern hotel in the Belltown area. The spacious room was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We appreciated the free bottled water in the room. The reception staff and door attendants were all so lovely and friendly. We were checked in by Gustav and he was superb! We took a drink from the bar up to the rooftop terrace and sat in the sun enjoying the great views of the city. The hotel location was great for walking to The Space Needle and Pike Place Market, also Westlake Station. We didn't eat at the hotel but just along the road is a lovely restaurant called Lola.

Such a wonderful host and comfortable, spacious setting. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Wonderful open lounge area with plenty of space to chill. Walking distance to most attractions with short uber rides when needed.

Our luggage was able to be stored safely in the hotel prior to our rooms being ready, the staff were brilliant, especially the receptionist staff 2 young men & 2 young women working different shifts, a bar man who was serving us drinks at the bar on Saturday night was super friendly too. Having worked in Irish Hospitality for several years I know first hand how challenging the job can be at times when dealing with ‘special’ customers and I have to commend the 4 young receptionist who all treated me kindly and respectfully throughout my stay, I was puzzled about the whole card being blocked situation and each member of staff handled the matter professionally

Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions and more important it is in a safe area Room very clean, big and bed very comfortable Water and coffee for free?! An exception . The location right across from Pier 66 to our NCL Encore cruise, perfect, bar could be open later as we didn't arrive till 10pm and it was shut, used it fully the next night though. Reception staff were amazing, but I really need to give a shout out to MJ who went over and above his duties, was so helpful, funny, professional at the same time. helped us loads with lots of things.
