Karen was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. We were really impressed by the warmful welcome and the careness of her. This is the first time we stay in an apartment in Washington DC, and Karen made it felt just like home. Whenever we needed something, there was a note that help us right there. In the drawer there was even a map show us the parking lot, how to get there, key to unlock the door, even some public transportation cards with note wrote that we could borrow to explorer the city. The apartment was really nice and modern with lights, heated and full of stuffs like games to play with friends, or even books, printers, first aid, skin cream... The kitchen was amazing with full of kitchenware, spicies, even honey, flour... For those who like cooking, this is really a plus. The front yard was really nice and filled with green. We loved to walk on the street in the front of the house and felt really relax. We definitely come back here whenever we come to DC.

The house was very spacious, more than enough for our needs (4 persons). Separate rooms for everybody, large living room / kitchen, bathrooms, everything one can ask for. Very stylish interior, and, most importantly, safe neighborhood and excellent location, close to the subway, restaurants, shops nearby. We loved it a lot!
