It was our first visit to Uruguay and the staff on reception were so kind and helpful. They patiently and with smiles assisted in any request we had. Hotel has an excellent location near the river in the vicinity of the shopping center and some good restaurants. The room was spacious with a view on the river. Breakfast was good, as well.

Everything perfect- The people working there giving us a lot of great advices; the common areas indoor and outdoor are very comfortable and we enjoyed them a lot. We had a lot of fun! The location was fantastic. In a safe and interesting area. We also has a lovely view of the Rambla and the River Plate. The gym was excellent alongside a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The restaurant bar was great to eat in or just relax with a drink. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.
