The room was surprisingly spacious and was very clean and cosy. I also liked the breakfast, plenty of variation on the buffet and you can order eggs the way you like it from the staff. This hotel has all you need for a comfortable stay in Hanoi.

Loved the stay. Super comfortable, spacious room and shower, properly warm for the winter. Main Street but quiet, it’s really easy to get anywhere, with plenty of food option around. Reception was very accommodating and helped book airport transfer at very reasonable price. Would gladly stay again.

The staff in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating and Alice went out of her way to help and ensure a good experience. She helped with everything from recommendations, booking restautants, booking transportation to ensuring I had water and even medicine when I was ill. The hotel itself is great but having employees like Alice was what made the place special. Can't recommend it enough!
