I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am truly satisfied with my choice. The first reason I decided to book here was its central location, which is extremely convenient for visiting popular tourist attractions. From the hotel, I could easily walk or take just a few minutes’ ride to reach cultural landmarks, historical sites, as well as vibrant shopping and dining areas. This was a great advantage that made my trip more convenient and saved a lot of time. Another highlight is the very reasonable price compared to the quality of service provided. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a pleasant retreat after a long day exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside the room, which allowed me to enjoy restful sleep and feel truly relaxed. The hotel staff also left an excellent impression. They were always welcoming, friendly, and professional in every detail—from the warm reception to their continuous support throughout my stay. Their enthusiasm and attentive attitude made me feel genuinely cared for and appreciated as a guest. Breakfast at the hotel was another delightful experience. The menu was diverse with both Asian and Western dishes, all tasty and carefully prepared. It was definitely the perfect way to start the day. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in many ways—from location, service, and value for money to comfort and dining. I will definitely come back on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay in the city.

The apartment was perfect with everything on hand if you wished to cook. Numerous cafe's close by and a shopping mall within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter is only a 35,000vnd grab taxi away which I have stayed in many occasions. Glad I chose this apartment and the young lady on reception (Ngọc Anh) was extremely helpful many thanks. Overall worth every penny, from the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness to reception. See you again before and after my visa run.

Every thing was better than I thought it would be. Out of the main tourist area, walking around small alleys experiencing the local life. 10 minutes from the train station area which has street markets for food. Great room, comfortable bed. Good internet. Plenty of very nice photo art by the owner.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
