Very clean and professional facilities. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the balcony was cozy. The cleaning service was very good and seemed to be in service any hours. Breakfast was really nice, sandwiches with cheese, ham, etc. fruits, yoghurt with cereal, good coffee and juice, bacon and eggs and more. Staff was very professional and polite as well. Really price worthy. Was also able to watch Netflix on the tv with our own log in.

I had an amazing time staying at Nam Dong House. Nam is a fantastic person who not only provided excellent accommodation but also entertained me with delicious Vietnamese food. Moreover, he generously offered me the use of his bicycle for free.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
