Lucky find. There were few reviews and mostly from locals, but in fact it turned out better than expected. There was excellent wifi and new furniture. It's also very quiet place for a noisy city.

Decoration is the cutest we had in Vietnam, Daisy has really good tastes !
Everything is really clean and you got everything you need in the room. Really calm.
Best part ? Cats ! If you’re a cat lover, this is THE place for you. If you’re not, don’t worry they won’t bother you.

There was no breakfast as part of the deal but I think I still got great value for money. The apartment was accessible by lift (it opened up directly to our apartment). Came with 2 bathrooms (one shared with the master bedroom and another common bathroom). Does not have a bathtub but that's okay. The water is hot when needed considering it was rather cold when we visited Hanoi. There were some flies around but it was not overly irritating. The apartment comes with a dishwasher and crockery and cutleries so you can order in food and consume them comfortably. Also, the stove (induction cooking), microwave oven and spacious refrigerator makes it excellent to prepare simple meals. Oh there are no utensils apart from a handful of pots and pans.
The washer-slash-dryer is very useful if you're staying for an extended duration so there's no need to bring too many clothes. Just an overnight run with the machine sets you for the rest of the trip.
Using the TV was a bit of a challenge as the default language was set to Vietnamese. So we did not watch much TV. There's no safe in the room so you may have to bring your valuables with you when you walk around.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, Alice in particular was outstanding and helped us throughout our stay. The hotel has a massive advantage: it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the ever bustling city center, but still not too far from it. The neighborhood is obviously being developed, in a few years this will certainly be part of the center itself. Great breakfast with fresh pho, great staff all around including housekeepers, porters and chefs. This hotel will go the extra mile to help you: we couldn’t pick up the SIM cards we had booked at the airport during office hours , the hotel sent someone to pick them up for us free of charge ! Rooms are very spacious, you can really spread out, and you don’t hear noises from other rooms at least on higher floors (other hotels in Hanoi can be noisy)
Don’t hesitate to book this place, this is my third time in Vietnam and have tried many hotels in the center of Hanoi. This is a good one.
