Beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms right where you want to be in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and kind! Thank you to Mr Lee, Sunny and Brian! Mr Lee even helped us with booking our 2 day cruise in halong bay including pickup at the hotel and after the cruise a bus to Ninh Binh which was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, and in a prime location for exploring old town. The service was exceptional. We must specifically credit our host, Andy for his over and above service. He was informative and engaging. His English is excellent and he attended to our requests with the utmost courtesy. A hotel with all the comforts needed during a vacation. A varied and delicious breakfast. Meets everyone's needs. Friendly and smiling staff with a desire to help with any question or problem. And most importantly, the location! In the middle of the old city. Within walking distance of everywhere. I really enjoyed it, and I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to Hanoi again. I have travelled to over 75 countries for both business and leisure, and stayed in countless places. I must say, this is one of the most welcoming places I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around, and its traditional, culturally rich décor creates a warm and authentic atmosphere.
