The staff are all so kind and helpful! They really did their best to make my stay comfortable. The room is clean and comfy, and the breakfast is really good. It’s located right in the heart of the Old Quarter so it’s easy to experience the night vibes. The outside is lively and crowded at night, so I was worried about the noise. But the room was surprisingly very quiet, so we slept really well. We were so touched when the staff escorted us out on our departure and gave us a complimentary tote bag as a gift. Thank you for such a memorable stay! :)

During my time in Hanoi, lived in three hotels all within the same price range and this is the best by far. The location is really convenient and the hotel is new so everything is fresh. The staff (Sunny, Brian and Dinh) are all very helpful with recommendations. And they didn’t try to sell me on anything.

The room was clean, neat and tidy, the reception who welcome me with a very positive smile and she make sure i am very accomodated and she make sure my room is ready. She aslp follow up my arrival time by watsapp. Very good and customer oriented staff. I cant remember her name. Annie. Not sure. And the night shift he is also very friendly and always smile with guest. Because of the staff this place make the property service in high quality.

it’s near a lot of good and inexpensive food, near beer street if you are into that kind of thing, near spas, atm, even near the drop off point for passengers taking the sleeping bus from Sapa. It is near what you need within reach as a traveller. the staff were also very pleasant, specially Kelly, and also the other night lobby person. My room was clean everyday! will definitely stay here again!
