The hotel, very nice and clean, the staff super friendly and attentive, always willing to help you, they speak English and use a translator. The excellent room, large comfortable, with heating, spacious bathroom. close to attractions, like the lake, puppet theater, night market, i walked everywhere even to hochimin museum, which is far away, but if you have time you can walk. I highly recommend it. I would stay again. rich a la carte breakfast, with seasonal fruits, juices and coffee or tea.

the hotel was very clean, our room was big, bed comfortable and amenities great. the staff made it 10/10 - the service was just excellent. i want to especially mention Flora in reception, she just went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! also the reception staff working on the evening of 22.05, I did not catch their names but they were absolutely lovely

ClassyC Hotel was a haven in the bustling city of Hanoi. The rooms were luxurious. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were cleverly designed with the amazing liquid crystal windows. Our rooms were rapidly made up every day while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The rooftop pool & bar was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hotel was a quick walk to the lake & right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating. The hot stone massage at the spa was outstanding. This hotel was recommended to us & was a wonderful positive & luxurious experience at the end of our stay in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend ClassyC Hotel.
