The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Thanks again, Jimmy!

This hotel is exceptional and great value for money. Their breakfast was better than hotels, usual buffet but you can have them make something up. What makes staying there an unforgettable experience was the staff. Jessica was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We booked the family with connecting rooms for 4. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to hoan kiem and restaurants. The breakfast I have to say is one of the best I had in Ha Noi. Very authentic the way I like it.

We’re a family of six and had a fantastic experience here. Grace and Kate helped us arrange transportation to Sapa the night we arrived in Vietnam, even though our booking wasn’t until a few days later. Grace also organized our hotel pick-up and drop-off, making everything completely stress-free! When we returned to Hanoi, she even gave us a map and suggestions on where to go. The room was very clean, the air conditioning was cold (a lifesaver in the Hanoi heat), and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was good, and the laundry service was cheap and convenient. They also arranged Ha Long Bay tour and other tours at a very reasonable rate. They lock the doors after midnight, which made us feel extra safe, especially reassuring for solo female travelers. Overall, a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. If we return to Hanoi, we’ll definitely stay here again!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location is perfect: close to the lake, yet on a quiet street, making it ideal for rest. The room was spacious, super clean, filled with natural light, and offered at an unbeatable price. What truly makes this place special is the staff. Rosie and the entire team were wonderful—attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or issues. Additionally, the hotel offers reliable and affordable tours and transportation options, which made my experience even better.
