From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every request was handled with a smile, and their genuine helpfulness made us feel truly taken care of. One of the biggest highlights was how they arranged a beautiful cruise for us. It was seamless and perfectly timed—everything from transportation to the little details on board was thoughtfully curated. We didn’t have to lift a finger! The concierge recommendations were also top-notc If you’re looking for a stay where you’ll feel valued, pampered, and completely stress-free, this is the place.

We are extremely happy with our choice. It is a newer hotel, perfect location. Room are very clean and can’t say enough about the service. Breakfast has lots of options. The stay at MAY DE VILLE Crown Hotel was very pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean, my wife and I slept very well on the super comfortable bed. We appreciate the sizable closest space too. The staff were all kind and friendly, all of our requests were attended to diligently. The toilet sink had a problem though, water pooled up very fast. We didn't ask to have it looked at, but noticed immediately that it was rectified after housekeeping was done, so kudos to them..! The hotel is located amidst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, with a popular club, O2 Space, directly opposite. They provide ear plugs to cope with the noise, but my wife and I didn't feel the need to use them throughout our 5 nights there. We were gifted with a box of Vietnamese instant coffee after checkout, which was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Hanoi..👍

The location is perfect. The hotel is super comfortable, the beds are very good and I slept extremely well! but above the service and the staff are second to none. They were all super attentive and making their best to make me feel comfortable and have a great time. Super recommend!

The staff was excellent. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful when checking in early. She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.
