We loved that the suites are situated just out of the busiest part of Hanoi. The suite was fantastic for our family of 4 (2 boys,9 & 11). The facilities including the pool were well maintained, clean, presentable and very relaxing. There are also enough shops and food around that you can walk out and get Pho within 5 minutes, it was perfect after 2 very late night day tours with the boys. Staff were also helpful with bookings for tours and with guidance of places to eat etc.

10/10 without a doubt - it's a prime example of value for money. May and her husband literally provide everything you need, much more than you receive in many hostels. They are very genuine, it's clear that they really care about their guests. Very homely, peaceful and quiet, located in one of the nicest areas outside of Old Quarter.

The view on the lake from the bedrooms on the front are breathtaking. The hotel is super well located, the personal is super charming and helpful. Everything is super clean and the towels smell so good! I’m gonna miss that smell !! The bed is so so so huge, I had never seen such a big bed.
