The location could not be better for a couple of days in Ho Chi Minh. Very comfortable bed, quiet location, great breakfast but most worth mentioned is the fantastic staff. Moon, Lee and the team made my stay to the greatest. They were available at on site and on WhatsUp 24/7, always there to give honest and great local travel tips, this made me feel safe as a solo traveler. Without asking they upgraded my room and when I checked out 3 am due to an night bus they had prepared a take away breakfast for me. Could not give Jan Hostel any other rating than 10/10!

The stay was amazing and exactly what we needed in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Before check in we were able to stay in the living room (with a couch/bed), use a bathroom with toilet and shower and use the fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, noodles). The room was beautiful. Everything was clean and essentials were provided. There is a washing machine and a dryer. After check out we were allowed to use the ground floor again. It’s in a small street in the Center so you get both - being in the middle of everything (restaurants, shops, bars, etc.) but sheltered enough to not hear any noise from outside. The host is great!! Super helpful, friendly and attentive. Big thanks to him for making our stay so easy and convenient. Before check in he did sent detailed instructions on how to find the place. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed 3 nights solo. The location is unbeatable – literally steps from Bui Vien's buzz and an easy stroll to Ben Thanh. Apartment (1BR) was huge and clean. Staff were lovely when I asked for local food tips - their handwritten list led me to an incredible Banh Mi spot!
