Cleanliness. Big wash room. Big and comfortable bed and space. Functional and equipped kitchen. The owner was super kind to allow me to check out late at 5 pm. and also allowed to take a shower at 9 pm. before leaving for the night bus. The best host for a traveller. They also offered towels and toiletries. Supercool......exceeded all my expectations.... the guy in the reception helped me with an umbrella to get car as it was raining....

Everything good, we upgrade the room to executive room with extra bed. Beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Treadmill in the gym were professional technogyms with good aiconditioning. Poolwater could be a little bit warmer (31deg), but the bubble bath water was (33deg). Housekeeping good, even washed the dishes and fold the shirt from my son. Definitely will save this residence and come back again.

Mao Home is very close to the airport and the city center, about 15 minutes by bus or taxi, yet there are many places nearby that give you a local feel.　Restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and laundry shops are all within walking distance. The hosts, Mr.Tom and Mr.Toan, and their dog, will warmly welcome you. 　Mr.Tom speaks English well and Mr.Toan speaks Japanese well.　Mr. Toan lives in the hotel as a housekeeper and is always happy to help you.　 You can create fond memories by having coffee with the locals at Mr. Toan's cafe in the square near the hotel in the morning.　The homemade yogurt is also delicious, so be sure to buy some and try it !

Beautiful family, lovely even with the language barrier. Daisy's English is great and growing. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is far enough that you feel immersed in local culture and close enough that grabs to District 1 aren't expensive at all. The patio and roof top were just the cherry on top of a beautiful place.

The accommodation is quite quiet, in a alleyway just outside the busy street with plenty of foodplaces in the vicinity. There is a 24h family mart at the gas station 1 minute away, The room is very clean, soft towels, you can do your own laundry on the 4th floor there is a washing machine and a dryer. There is a big tv with Internet, internet was the fastest I've experienced in vietnam, a modern ac and a wall fan, a microwave, cooking plate and cutlery if you want to a meal yourself.
