Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day! Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

This little hotel is a nice surprise, it's 3 minutes away from the street markets. It's also just 3mins away from the bridge and the night markets. The hotel itself is well run and the owner is very helpful and tentative to all your needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.

The reception team was very professional and super friendly giving us very useful tips for enjoying the city at its most (food,shopping,shows). It was a fabulous trip to Hoi An and specifically to the hotel. About the hotel. New, cosy, beautiful with an authentic spirit. I lived in a signature suite with a balcony and in the most beautiful room in Indochina. Both are perfectly equipped, but Indochina is stunningly beautiful!!! I stayed))) for one day. Now about Staff. Very friendly and responsive. Everyone is smiling and ready to help. But I want to mention especially Lily, she's the reception Supervisor Lily helped with any request, answered any question, gave recommendations. She's very professional! I thank every employee of this hotel. I will definitely come back! Happy New Year and all the best!
