The owner and staff members are kind and helpful. The beds in the dorms are very comfortable, and the property is beautiful. It’s also quite close to the beach. there are mosquito nets on every bed.

Perfect location, close to Hoi An, but very tranquil for when you want to escape the crowds and chill out. Twice daily bus to town, but taxis cheap as well. Fantastic swimming Pool, great breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Perfect location to enjoy a beach break and the heritage of Hoi An.

The property is magnificent and the staff are wonderful, however one in particular was excellent “My”, I believe her name is. I was very sick during part of my stay and she went out of her way to help me order Pho and medicine. She was a life saver and a warm sense of home at Chiem.

Beautiful location just by a wonderful private beach. The garden and pool area was well kept and calm. Great breakfast. It’s a bit outside the city, but we rented bikes just next door (not available through the hotel) and went to Hoi An for lunch and dinner every day. We had dinner at the hotel one night - it was tasty but expensive.
We liked everything about this stay and highly recommend it.

And the whole area was super quiet, there wasnt many houses or buildings around.
They have a ceiling fan in the room, I like to have option without having to use AC all the time.
