Stayed 4 nights here and what a wonderful hotel this was. Right from the start we were assisted by the lovely Nancy during our whole stay. She booked trips, shuttles, gave lots of info… Everything we needed to feel right at home. The food was also great and the rooms were luxurious and clean.

Everything is Just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was amazing . And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

Sarah and her brother are so nice and helpful, we felt at home! They gave us useful advice and recommended activities, places to visit and traditional restaurants. They always checked on us making sure we were having a good time and that we had anything we needed. They are so kind, honest and hard workers, we couldn’t recommend their homestay enough! The room is basic but clean and there’s everything you need. Wi-Fi is excellent!
