It was amazing! I lived here for 20 days, it was sooo comfortable! Very quiet, calm, clean (good free cleaning!). Beautiful garden near the house, very nice neighbor. Low price and very nice owner!

I couldn’t name even one fault. From head to toe, this place is gorgeous. A large relaxed space with private pool, incredible view. There is amazing attention to detail in the services and facilities. Everything you could ever want it one place. Will 100% return. The staff: Phuong, Paul and Elis and everyone else were so lovely and helpful. Really made us feel at home.

This was the most relaxing property we have stayed at in our 5 months travelling Asia.everything was perfect.The owners and staff were so helpful and friendly.the breakfast was huge and tasty especially the Cao Lau .It was quiet but there was enough to see in the area with just a short trip to Hoi An.Plenty of mini marts within walking distance. I really liked this homestay. Quiet, cozy place on the river bank. The rooms are clean with new furniture and there is a nice swimming pool. The owners of the place were very kind and responsive, they did everything I asked. If you don’t like living in the center, where there are a lot of people and noise, then this place is ideal for you. The center is easily accessible, just 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by grab taxi.

The location was amazing and the ambiance very relaxing. Cleanest bathroom I have seen for almost outdoors showers. The staff was really nice and the breakfast system is honestly great, in a little restaurant just two minutes away from the hostel. Felt like a spiritual retreat.
