Very very friendly and helpful staff. Always polite, positive and happy to chat. They also gave excellent advice and booked good deals for us. The location is excellent: in walking distance of the old town, but very quiet area at the river.

The place is right next to the old town (5 mins walking) and in the quiet neighborhood so you can rest easily after walking around the old town. The room is clean, comfortable and smells good. The staffs are super nice, attentive and supportive. We love it staying at this property!

The staff was unbelievably friendly and hard working, especially our friend chau!! The receptionists are a joy to talk with and constantly there to help you. Always with a smile and happy to help. The room was spacious and inviting with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool and bar area was stunning with happy hour every day where you can enjoy a late afternoon drink before dinner. The hotel was also a stone throw away from the restaurants at night with only a 2 minute walk to the waterfront. Overall, this hotel, and everyone who works with in this hotel is a delight. They are an example for all hotels to follow!!

Good location, 10 minutes walking distance to the old town. The manager, Mr. Kevin, and all staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Mr. Kevin helped us with free rental bikes, a map for the city with recommendations, laundry and and everything else. We also highly recommend 2 street food vendors right across the street from the hotel.

Em and her staff are incredible! The room and property were exceptional for the price. The staff will take care of so many things for guests to make the stay convenient. It’s located right across the street from where all the main shopping starts and is about 1 kilometer to the lively bars. The beach is a 10-15 minute ride away.
