The staff was exceptionally hospitable and nice. Kevin gave us so many varied tips and recommendations for our stay in Hoi An. Everything from tours to restaurants to tailors. They also have laundry service and you can rent a scooter for 120k! Great stay and we have never been so warmly welcomed as we were at Nostalgia by Kevin and his staff.
Bonus points: Kevin even upgraded our room.

The hotel was wonderful from the staff who were super and extremely helpful, to the rooms, which were beautifully designed, had very comfortable beds, and nice washrooms with large showers, and the breakfast that was wonderful and had a large selection that changed every day.
My wife used the spa and loved it and we relaxed by the pool.
They helped us with restaurant recommendations, reserving a coffee-making class, and overall our 5-day stay in Hoi An was very memorable thanks to La Charm

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The room is big, decorated with great taste, and super comfortable. The hotel's location is really good, close to the historic center but in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly. Great value for money.

HOSPITALITY AT ITS BEST!! Flower (the owner) was so attentive and caring. It feels like staying with your nice sister. Flower gave us all the best recommendations for restaurants and shops. She also arranged for our transport to Bana Hills. To our surprise, she packed us lunch (which was the BEST Banh mi in Hoi An) and bunch of traditional desserts. We really couldn’t ask for more. Our whole trip to Hoi An was made better because we stayed at this hotel.
Room and other facilities are all in order.

Ms Ling was very helpful and friendly. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. Good location to the old town. We walked everywhere. Interconnecting rooms for our family of four was great.
