We were extremely happy with our six nights stay in Enso Retreat. Location is good, very near to the basket boat river, and it is just 10 minutes to Hoi An old town by car. We also appreciated their free shuttle service to and from old town and An Bang beach. The driver, Mr.Than, was on time, careful and helpful. The rooms were always clean and well equipped. We booked the room with breakfast, and the food there was really excellent! We could try different local dishes with good quality ingredients. Thanks to Ms.Vy and the whole restaurant team. This resort also offers gym, spa, swimming pools and beautiful landscape. Perfect for holidays. For our family the highlight was the hospitality of all the staffs, especially the receptionists. We thank Ms.Tidi, Ms.Phuong, Ms.Thao, Ms.Ly and the whole team. They were very helpful and attentive: helping us to arrange our tour and transportation, giving us advice about tourist attractions, and mostly, they really ran extra miles to make us feel comfortable. They made us feel like staying in a five stars hotel. We can highly recommend Enso Retreat.

The word for this place should be AMAZINGLY EXCEPTIONAL. Staff is super good. Very caring, very helpful, and so polite. Lien is a superstar here. She will take care of you like a family. Rooms are neat and clean. The location is very nice. Villa was well maintained. I must say that because of the people like Kim Lien, you will fall in love with the whole Vietnam. We loved the pools, friendly and chatty staff and beautiful garden. The hotel is located away from the ancient town, but we didn't mind it at all. The rooms are quite spacious. Both of the rooms had a great view of either a court yard or a private garden. The hotel is quite dated but very charming. We loved every minute of our stay and felt very comfortable. All the employees were very welcoming, the hospotality was top notch.

This is a lovely resort set in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was good & the food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff were lovely. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town which is worth visiting especially at night to see the lanterns.

Very comfortable beds! The homestay is very new so the room is in perfect condition and everything is brand new. The hosts were very very nice and invited all guests for dinner. It is a homestay but the rooms are better than any hotel room we’ve stayed so far. If we ever come back to hoi an, we know where to stay!
