Hi. our family visited ho-ian eco lodge hotel in jan.1.6-1.9 when we arrived at ho-ian, we felt like we are in korean countryside. we went through city and then we encountered a rural atmosphere. it was warm and peaceful There are two staff at the reception in hotel. they have big smiles and say hello !! it's especially we rememberd miss 'hong' and 'thuy' while staying when we had a question or problem, they did their best! so we could stay comfortable and enjoyable :) another thing was afternoon tea that we never forget. because it was delicious and complimentary! we got used to it and being familiar with hotel accommodation. we hope that we should visit again there as soon as possible

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Hoi An thanks to the hotel manager Lien and her friendly staff. My wife and 8 year-old son stayed in the Family Room with Balcony at level 3. The room had air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The AC takes a while to cool down the room in the summer but the fan makes up for it. The toilet was big and comfortable. It has rain shower and heated water. We liked that it had a wardrobe area that could put our luggage too. The pool was not big but my son loved it anyway. He went to the pool everyday. It was clean and had two floats that he enjoyed playing with. We really liked that the hotel provided a water filter machine and we could refill our bottles there. It eliminated the need to buy bottled water and reduced the plastic waste we would have otherwise contributed to. We had some dietary restrictions and weren’t able to eat many of the food provided by the hotel at breakfast. We chose to eat the plain baguette and fruits provided by the hotel. After seeing us eat plain baguettes for breakfast, Lien offered to prepare some food (sticky rice) that we could eat the next day. Lien and her team were responsive to our needs. We felt at home and well taken care of. The best part of our stay here is really the team at the hotel. I hope the owner gives them a raise!

When the North's weather changed to wet and deep cold, we travelled to Hoi An to enjoy the cool time. I visited Nghe garden once 4 years ago, but this time the feeling is still as amaing because of the unique natural scenery bestowed by nature with green plants, with flying clouds and the whispering wind and beautiful unique architectures. This is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel has new, nice decorations with a great view of the rice field. The staff was amazing as they helped me a lot with our arrangement in the car, day tour,... I really like this place and would like to recommend it to other people.
