we absolutely love the stay and would rate it 100/10. all the staff are so friendly and accommodating and helpful. the place is so pretty, clean, and well maintenanced. it gave us a great relaxing treatment. the breakfast buffet is also good and has many varieties. we love it and will definitely book again!

Just came back from Enso Retreat. It was the best experience our family have as all staff are kind and friendly. Special mentioned to Didi who has ensured our stay is as comfortable as we could. She has recommended a few activities for us to explore. She even gave a surprise birthday cake even though we didn't request it. The breakfast is not too bad, which has all Western and local food. The hotel shuttle bus is available to bring guests to old town or beach. Overall is a great stay and we will come back again. 5 star for the staff friendliness and kindness. As this is resort, expect mozzies, and they have provided repellent for that purpose.

The location of this hotel is out of the way of the town which to many may be seen as a negative, but since Hoi An is really busy these days, it is much needed respite to get some peace and quiet after a day out. The staff were absolutely fantastic and asked us everyday whether we had any questions or concerns. The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were great!

Great location, easy to zip in to wherever you need to go by scooter but away from the busyness of the centre. Lien is charming, attentive, and patient. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely stay again.

A beautiful resort nestled in a peaceful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a villa. However, as the bed in the villa was a bit too firm for my comfort, the staff graciously accommodated our request to switch back to the room we originally booked, making the process seamless and hassle-free.

Very nice hotel, not too big, but cute. My room was very cozy and spacious, there is a sofa, desk, balcony, dishes in the room, spacious bathroom, and always hot water!! The receptionist is very nice and friendly. The hotel is on a quiet street next to rice fields.

Ms Hieu is a perfect, kind, patient receptionist, she took care of our family super well, helped us to book a car, though we faced trouble talking with the driver and travel agency, Hieu do help us fix all of the problems and truly hoping our family can have a good time in our trip.
