The hostel has just opened. Everything is super clean. And the service is great. And all of that for a unbeatable price. The staff is so friendly and you can really feel that they care about their guests. Always helpful. And they offer very nice activities every day - some even for free like the city tour and others super cheap for great value. The manager explained that for them it's important to offer only girl dorms for the same price as mixed dorms. And I highly appreciate that because it's unlike many other hostels, where they charge more for female only. And the location is amazing right on the river. Their food is also pretty good. They also rent out bikes and motor bikes and sell bus tickets. Basically you find there anything you look for!

Very nice hotel right across the river from the old city. The staff is outstanding and always there with a kind word and help as needed. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices each day. From our balcony we could see the lantern boats each night. The shuttle to the private beach was nice and having the sun loungers there was a nice way to spend an afternoon. All in all a great place to stay and see the old town.

JAN 2 to JAN 5, 2025 stay. Thank you so much to Mr. Bien( host) for being so accommodating. He is very responsive in all our inquries. We had a great time with this homestay. The rooms are clean, comportable, and the location is perfect! since it is very near to lantern release activity, night market, coffee shops and restaurants and SPA. The food are delicious and healthy. Mr. Bien and his wife are very helpful and kind. They also had a car that we rent with a good deal price going to My Son Sanctuary and Da Nang. Super recommended for those who will visit Hoi An Vietnam.

A clean and pleasant place. Lovely and very comfortable room. Room 301 has a balcony which is perfect for me. No noise at all from the streets and a perfect and good sleep each night. The breakfast provided was good enough and cooked when ordered. There was nothing the host would do for you if you needed anything . Coffee and tea , water was provided daily . No room cleaning for the 4 days I was there but it didn’t bother. Walking distance 3 mins to the night market and plenty of restaurants. Early morning if you wanted to do local food on the streets it’s just a 1 min walk where you will find local vendors selling pho and congee. And if you take a walk to the local market there is plenty to see and eat . Very safe and mostly a beautiful place to visit.

Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!
