Staying at this hotel in Hoi An was an experience we will never forget. Sleeping in a beautifully preserved heritage house was like stepping back in time, and yet the room had every modern comfort – it was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, especially Spring at reception. She was warm, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. When we misplaced an item, Spring made it her mission to locate it, and she succeeded! What amazed us even more was how she remembered the name of every guest, making us feel so welcome and valued. The free walking tour offered by the hotel was an absolute highlight. It was such a wonderful way to explore Hoi An and learn about its rich history and culture. The recommendations from the reception team, whether for food, activities, or shopping, were always spot on and made our trip so much better. This hotel made our visit to Hoi An magical. From the charming architecture to the outstanding service, every detail was perfect. Thank you, Spring, and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return! 🌟

The hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was quite big and very bright during the day because of the big windows. Chloe and the girls at the reception were always friendly and helpful, showing courtesy in every encounter. The location of the hotel is just outside the city centre - which for me it was perfect, because we could walk to the main attractions/ restaurants but could also have a more peaceful night of sleep at night. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

Our hosts were wonderful. Could not do enough for us and arranged everything at very good rates. They genuinely wanted us to have a great time and not be ripped off. They provided excellent recommendations for dining, tailoring and arranged bikes and a car to our next destination. I highly recommend this stay. The homestay is lovely, situated in the old quarter and very authentic, It has a lovely pool and offers a great breakfast, which set us up for the day. Great! Thank you very much!

The roof top pool was amazing and it's very close to the centre of the town. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and most of the tailors. Reception recommended a coffee show for us and we loved it! The room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was so useful as we have been travelling a while and it was nice to reset.

It was in a quiet area but still close to everything. The host was so nice and friendly, she made sure she could understand us and when she didn’t she would call her daughter to translate. They organised a taxi to and from the airport for us. We could rent bikes if we wanted.

The accommodation was very comfortable, and Helen was very friendly and helped with everything that I needed. It was a good location, and the bed was amazing! It was super clean and overall was a great place to stay while in Hoi An. I would stay there again!
