The staff was amazing - Dung at the spa was a great massage therapist and the staff at the main restaurant were very kind. One of the waitresses, Line was very professional and always eager to meet customers’ needs.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! We arrived early in the morning, and the staff had kindly left a room key for us, allowing us to check in the next morning—such a thoughtful touch. We took part in their walking tour, which was fantastic, and the cooking class exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Judy and especially Hannah at reception—they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the ancient town, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. free bikes to get into the old town, or costs you about 1.50 in a taxi. Walk takes you about 15/20 minutes. out of the centre so really peaceful.

We loved everything ! The location was amazing, Hein the host was the loveliest person ever! She made us feel so at home and took us on a street food tour while also giving us so many great recommendations for things to do and see ! Ninh is very kind, with very good advice. The room is spacious, the bathroom is very good and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the garden is pleasant. The homestay is located in a quiet street. Allow 15 minutes on foot to the center and 7 minutes by grab to go to the beach.
