10/10 stay. The room was superb and very comfortable. Perfect location, and the info at the desk was super helpful. A special mention to Helen and Judy at reception — they were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond. They kindly helped me reconnect with a local contact I had lost touch with, which meant a lot to me. Truly thoughtful service that made all the difference. Highly recommended — I’d return in a heartbeat.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. They are super hospitable! We got a room upgrade when we asked for a room with better natural light! It's in-between old Town and the beach. The location is perfect.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. What we really like was that they had free bike rental (have enough bikes for everyone) as we LOVED exploring the town, the rice fields and the nearby beaches by bike! The location is very good aswell as you reach everything very easily by bike! They also offer a shuttle bus and cooking classes! Would highly recommend this property!

I stayed at cheerfull hoi an hostel for one week and it has been one of my favorite hostels I have ever stayed in. Hien is an amazing host and the best hostel mom ever! she gave me great recommendations for activities, restaurants, tailors, and she took us on a local food tour that was amazing! Hien took such good care of me while i was here, not only did she have great recommendations but many activities she actually booked for us, and she made sure we got the best price on things. The free breakfast was the best hostel breakfast i have ever had, and always included fresh fruit. The hostel is located in a peaceful area of hoi an with great local restaurants close by and an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the main shopping streets. It was slow in Hoi An because of the rain and there weren’t many people at the hostel but the people who were here were all so friendly and generally just great vibes! Its definitely not a party hostel but it was super easy to join in a bar crawl at another hostel if you want to have a few nights out but still have somewhere peaceful to return to. The hostel is also very clean and comfortable, and the laundry service was great! If you want the authentic experience of Hoi An, you could not stay anywhere better than cheerful hostel, it is truly a gem!

We loved having the swimming pool. It was really nice to go swim after walking all day in Hoi An. Around the hotel there are lots of places to eat, have coffee. We loved Ninh’s kindness. She was really helpful and very cheerful.
