Surprisingly the room had a safe which is not common. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator but it only goes from the 1st floor to the 6th. Motorcycle parking is just at the entrance of the hotel with a security guard.

Super friendly staff including Duc Thao.Tan and Thanh Anh.Nhi made the check in/out process seamless. Breakfast offered many options with staff there clearing tables very quickly.

The staff were outstanding, it was a celebratory to for my wife's 60th birthday, the staff went out of their way to make it very special. Decorated or room and gave a cake, very special. But also other outstand service, from help booking restaurants, to help at the pool with minor first aid. Really great, highly recommended
