From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location has the best view in Phu Quoc. Very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was just superb. All of the staff were fluent in English, extremely polite, very professional especially Ms. Me. Ms Me has very a pleasant personality and speaks English eloquently. She was very helpful and extremely professional and was always around. The buggy service, the sunset tour and the cable car were just awesome.

We loved everything about the resort. Beautiful and quirky architecture, clean beach, fabulous pools, amazing staff, large grounds and lots to do. It was our anniversary and we arrived to a beautifully decorated bed and a delicious cake. Thank you very much. We had an amazing time.

1. Dedicated Wifi per room 2. Hand written note to welcome you 3. Service. 5 star hotel service level. Linh was the one that served us. She was very professional and fluent in English. She is also very dedicated. 4. English Language is no issue in this hotel for the front desk staff. 5. Breakfast is simple, healthy, tasty. Some may think the spread is too small but it is a boutique hotel at a reasonable cost. I enjoyed the Kaya , egg yogurt and the salad 6. All the staff are really good and helpful. You will feel safe here. 7. Very thoughtful provision such as Beach Towels, umbrella, bag for your to go to the beach without any worries. 8. Scooter for rent is only S$10 per day to go to nearby cafes and enjoy a good and safe ride in the premise. 9. Walkable distance to the beach 10. Love the common area.

My stay at Luna Sol Apartment was truly unforgettable! The stunning sunset ocean view and the chance to watch fireworks right from the balcony made it a dream getaway. What stood out the most was the host’s professionalism and thoughtful service. They were incredibly helpful, from booking to check-in, and even shared great local recommendations in Sunset Town. Compared to other stays in the area, Luna Sol truly excels in hospitality and attention to detail. The apartment is modern, spotless, and fully equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed.
