My teenagers (12 & 16) loved they could pop to the cinema or toy store. During happy hour, when children are not allowed in executive lounge the kids went for burgers in the Mall. The staff (and I mean every single staff) was extremely welcoming and friendly towards the whole stay. We stayed in a ocean view junior suite, which was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 small children). We asked for a baby cod for our 2 year old, which was also provided by JA without additional charge.
