The host, Kim, was excellent. She ensure that everything was in place and she even volunteered to drive me to the store to purchase necessities. Poinciana will be my temporary residence, once I am in Antigua. I highly recommend the property and the host is even nicer.

We loved everything about this place. Clean, well maintained, comfortable studio , beautiful view, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even more ( coffee maker, blender) ; the pool is nice and clean. There’s a washing/dryer we could use and was great especially if you pack light as we did. The position is great, too, you have access a to Yepton beach, which is just a few steps away or at about 20 minutes walk is one of our favorite beaches in Antigua, Deep Bay beach. Good communication with the host, gave us clear directions and easy self check-in. Definitely recommend.

The location was so peaceful, with a beautiful view. The room had everything you would need, while being spacious and clean. My favourite thing of all is the window at the top of the wall that brings in natural light in the day and at nights you'll get to see the moon.
