Great hotel over all, new and near the border with macedonia. Great rooms over all. The restaurant very good for dinner and the Breakfast was very good. The owner and staff were very warm and welcoming. We arrived with motorcycles and got pplace to park in the parking garage. Over all really good.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa. It looks exactly like the photos, and I would highly recommend it to other travelers. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed. From kitchen essentials to fresh towels and even slippers, every detail was thoughtfully provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings ensured a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the lovely outdoor area, which was a perfect spot to relax. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore. I also highly recommend visiting Dibra Peshkopi, a beautiful and peaceful city with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings, perfect for a quiet escape from the noise and bustle. Overall, the villa offered great value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again.

The whole place was new and clean. AC in every room, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We had a big private pool at our disposal. The owner is probably the nicest person in all of Albania. He was always happy to assist us with everything and he even surprised us with rich breakfast or freshly picked fruits. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel and staff were overall amazing. With this being our first trip to Albania for a wedding we were unsure of the environment but were made to feel extremely comfortable by the owner and all the other staff at Troja. Nothing was too much bother and questions were always answered straight away, nothing too big or small! We would recommend and have already had friends stay at the accommodation too. Not enough words to explain how great our stay was!

It's actually a room in the hosts' house - a shared kitchen with the hosts. It doesn't matter at all - the atmosphere is great. The bathroom with shower is in the house, but you go to it through the outside. There is also a camping in the garden with its own bathroom.
