Honestly, I didn't expect to be that good. Brand new hotel, so everything was brand new. High quality and bespoke fittings throughout. Loved the shower, and the quality of the mattress,you only can find that in the high end luxurious hotels. The service very friendly. Not to mention the breakfast, it's was so tasty and plenty. Best experience.

The apartment is located directly above the owner's family home, who are as friendly as people can be, especially to our son. The view from the large terrace is simply breathtaking, the beds are comfortable and there are three powerful air conditioning units inside. We can definitely recommend a stay here, we were only there for two nights.

The host was really nice and hospitable, tending to all our needs and trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His wife prepared delicious breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful place. The rooms look better than in the photos. There is a common area with sofas and tables too.

The most beautiful wine estate in Albania close to Berat, run by a really sympathetic family. We had a beautiful room and an excellent wine tour and wine tasting which was included with the room-rate. My husband celebrated his 60th birthday and we had a joyfully party in the company of fellow visitors accompanied by their beautiful wines and had a very good dinner served. A Fantastic experience, Thank you Pupa winery , especially Davi and Paolo. ❤️

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Berat’s historic center, making it easy to explore the town. But without a doubt, the best part was the hospitality and generosity of the owners, especially their son, who was absolutely amazing – always ready to help, guiding us throughout our stay, and with an impressive level of English. the property is perfect! it is in the old part of Berat, with characteristic buildings all around. The owner helped us with our luggage from the car park to the property. the rooms are traditional Albanian and tastefully decorated with articles of excellent craftsmanship. The terrace and the dining area are very beautiful. The room had a great view of the river and the part of the town on the opposite side of the river. There are a couple of very good restaurants and bakeries in the area near the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and varied like a feast. The service is very personalized as it's a family-run property with very nice owners. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Berat.
