The apartment was located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the beach and local amenities including restaurants and shops, ideal for families. The price included two sun beds at the beach which is really clean and not crowded as it is exclusively for residents. The host was very friendly and helpful on finding transportation for the next part of our journey.

Vila Zhiti was a perfect choice for a beach holiday. We were welcomed by a really hospitable family, they tried to please us in everything, they were very friendly. The accommodation was very close to the beach, there were shops nearby. They were also able to help with parking the motorbikes. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very nice and modern. It can be reached for 30 min from Tirana airport.The staff was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome offering me free drinks on my arrival.The room was spacious and nothing missing on it.The cleanliness was excellent.The room has also a big balcony. The breakfast was full of meals and the waitress always ready to help me. The beach is few steps from the hotel and there is also a beautiful promenade next to the sea for morning and afternoon walks. There are many restaurants close to the hotel if you decide to eat out.also 30 m away there is a bus station when you can reach the Durres for just 1 eur. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Villa 11 was the best hotel in beach of Durres area, with wonderful seaview balcony and new modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was next to the beach. I highly suggest it.
