From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

Everything is new spacious and clean and the host will make everything to make you feel comfortable

A very nice place by the river, beautiful territory, a fountain, very clean rooms , very delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Clean room, enough space and you have all the necessary facilities. They offer free transfer to the city center, you are very close but still have a nature to enjoy. They allowed us to stay with a small dog for extra price.

I arrived at 08:00 pm but I did not have any reservation for overnight. . The owner confirmed my room within 5 minutes and organised a transfer very quickly. They even proposed to have dinner with them as I arrived so late at night . Very good place with such nice hosts . I highly recommend this guest house.

Wonderful host, welcoming atmosphere, brand-new hotel with awesome interior and super comfortable beds. Lots of stores and cafes nearby. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Wonderful apartment, perfect for one-two persons. It’s a clean and well planned flat with a balcony facing the city that gives a great view. From the other side of the building from the common balcony (next to the elevators) you can see the beautiful Ararat. The host is very friendly and speaks great English (a rarity in Armenia). Thanks a lot.
