The location is stunning. You are sleeping on a cliff's edge and looking out on a beautiful landscape. Whether it is stargazing at night, or enjoying the sunrise. You will not be disapointed. Breakfast was delivered on the porch and just so lovely. Please do not forget to eat at the Cave restaurant by the same owner. And join one of their wild life tours. We just felt so lucky we found this gem and couldn't believe it wasn't fully booked for the coming years.

The hosts are a husband and wife team that treat you like family the moment you walk through the door. They gave us a full tour of their property, answered many of our questions related to Armenia's history, and even gave us a free bottle of their homemade wine made from the famous Areni grape before we left. Also.. did I mention the location?? The view from our bedroom would have made you think we were in Sedona, except even better it was Armenia! The hotel was right on a beautiful river situated below a huge and gorgeous cliff, it was our own little corner of paradise. The hotel was also situated close to other wineries, restaurants, etc. (one of which we had a private cooking class with!). Lastly, the room itself was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room let in great light along with a balcony that allowed us to sit out and enjoy our coffee in the morning while looking out to the river and cliffs. They even had a gym if you wanted to work out! This is definitely where we will be staying when we come back!

The house is modern, very nice. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The guests could use shared kitchen and a large living room. Nice view from the terrace. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous. We were recommended to have dinner at "gastrohouse", which was a great experience. Location is excellent, just a few kilometers from Noravank. Could recommend.

Awesome place! This is a house hidden among beautiful big trees featuring several rooms, some of which are air-conditioned. One special room is located at a treehouse, however, it is very cosy bordering with small, so I would recommend it to fresh couples only. But the main shout out goes to the friendly and generous hosts who not only provide the rooms but also serve a delicious full-stack Armenian dinner. And, as this is a wine country, it is accompanied by local wine and liquor in no short supply. All in all, an exceptional experience.
