the hotel is fantastically located right at the entrance of the beautiful monastery! The rooms are authentic and clean. There was a water problem in my room, so they gave me immediately another room. Rooms are accessed from a balcony, from which there is a nice view on the monastery and the surrounding mountains. The welcome was very friendly and warm, as if you are an old friend! coffee and tea are free during your stay, a good breakfast is included. The dinner was excellent and prepared with love! The atmosphere on the hotel’s terrace is very relaxed.

We ordered a dinner from the host, the dinner is too enrich, and it's nice the host provided the breakfast in free of charge. The location is very good and about 5 mins walk to the monastery.

Very kind owners, beautifully designed environment, wonderful view, comfortable room. We arrived after dinner and were offered a delicious buffet of local drinks and sweets.

Hotel is located at the central street of Haghpat not too far from Monastery complex and stunning views to the mountains. Spacious and well equipped rooms, comfy beds and linen, great terrace where breakfast served, table games, pool, pretty garden and very nice environment generally. Lovely ladies took a great care of us. Definitely felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Kefilyan Family Hotel (booked it for a night). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. I would highly recommend this place to stay especially during the winter/cold season to enjoy the weather and views.

However, the hotel staff's resilience and commitment to our safety and comfort were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the challenges posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry. We highly recommend Dream Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and serene getaway in Armenia. The beautiful location, coupled with the outstanding dedication of the staff, makes it a top choice for travellers from all over the world. We loved our stay at Iris B&B and it was probably the best we stayed at in Armenia! The location is amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Irina and Marina are such lovely ladies, so hospitable. We were offered coffee upon arrival, Irena had nice suggestions about what to see around the area and Marina helped me while I was preparing dinner and gave me advice on how to make asparagus in the best way possible :)) The breakfast was amazing, the cheeses that Irena prepares herself are the best we tasted on our trip, very yummy homemade jams and pancakes. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Irina and Marina!

The place had an amazing view and was spotlessly clean. it was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future.

Very nice place run by lovely mother and daughter..good location for visiting sanahin and haghpat monastery.they offer also art workshop.i highly recommend.

clean，warm and cozy village guesthouse，the host is very kind and helpful. also a perfect starting point to hike to Haghpat the next day morning!
