Exceptional breakfast but on the pricier side around 4000 AMD. I paid for the dorm room at 4200 AMD and the rooms, the ambiance, the space in general are the best value that you will get for your entire trip in Armenia. This was true for me I every time I returned to Yerevan I stayed here. The location isn't exactly city centre but this part of the appeal and it's a little quieter. If you're hoping to get into the city, the train station is very close and the airport express bus stop is nearby. Beds and pillows here are the best I've experienced in Armenia and I slept like a baby.

Modern hostel with comfortable clean beds. Bathrooms were good, just need more space to hang clothes and towels. Only two showers for each sex. Housekeeping is constantly around, cleaning and tidying up. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
