A very pleasant place to stay. We stayed in a small cottage with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The owners were very kind and offered us the option to have dinner there, which we gladly accepted – and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian meal we had was absolutely delicious. The accommodation is located close to Mount Aragats and the Amberd Fortress, and Yerevan is also not too far away.

We had a fantastic time staying in Karbi, and wish we could have spent longer there. Zhanna's house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing home made decorations and beautiful Armenian carpets everywhere. We had the entire top floor of the house to ourselves as there were no other guests during our stay. There is a delightful balcony with views looking out over Mt. Ararat. Zhanna and her husband were incredibly kind and hospitable: the breakfast and dinner that they provided were superb. They are a lovely couple too. We wish we had more time to get to know them. The garden at their house is lovely, with large fruit trees providing cherries, mulberries etc that we were encouraged to eat lots of. Overall, a lovely stay. We just wish we'd planned ahead more so that we could have stayed for longer. If we return to Armenia we would seriously consider hiring a car and basing ourselves here for e.g. a week.

The hosts were so friendly and hospitable. We were able to try some of the wine from their vineyard and the breakfast was large and delicious! The room was warm and cosy.

The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.
