Very friendly family, extremely helpful and nice! Very tasty breakfast, warm atmosphere, great lake area. The best place i visited on my work travel. A great place for birdwatchers, you can sit in the garden and see all the birds on the lake, Its shore is directly under the house!

a great place to stay in Gyumri if you like peaceful ares for rest (not far from the centre) would recommend staying with 3 people as it is more comfortable for sleep the host was great helpful and always there if we needed anything the place is new in the industry and the host told us it’s gonna be better soon and will even have an outdoor pool (as it has an outside area where u can even watch a movie with a projector,or inside where there’s a big smart tv and great sound system)
